1.       The Principal Sainik School Rewari invites Firms/Contractors/Individuals for auction of following vehicles and various scrap items in Sainik School Rewari at 1100 hrs on 25 Jun 2019 :-

Superior white colour of petrol engine, Model- May 2009, total km run- 45873 is placed for auction.  Auction will be held at Sainik School Rewari, Sector-04 at 1000 hrs on 25 Jun 2019.  Minimum auction cost of the vehicle is Rs. 45,000/-

Auction of following Scrap items :-

(i) Iron Scrap

(ii) PVC Scrap

(iii) Stainless Steel Scrap

(iv) Copper Scrap

(v) Aluminum Scrap

2. The auction bid will be offered to the highest bidder.

3. All terms & conditions and reserve price of scrap items will be intimated at the time of auction in School Complex.

2.     Tender Forms along with the list of items can be obtained from School Office on payment of tender fees Rs. 1000/- with effect from 01 Jun 2019  to 01 Jul 2019 between 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs on any working day or can be downloaded from school web site www.ssrw.org from 01 Jun 2019 onwards till 1200 hrs 01 Jul 2019. In case of downloaded tender form, a DD for the tender fee amount as applicable is to be attached along with the tender form.

3. Tender process will be in single/two bid system i.e. Technical Bid and Commercial Bid.  In case of single bid system tender, the Tender Form, Tender Fee, EMD and all connected documents to be submitted in one sealed envelope and in case of two bid system tender, the duly filled Tender Form alongwith prescribed Tender fee, EMD & commercial bid is to be submitted in two separate sealed covers containing Technical Bid alongwith Tender fee, EMD and all connected documents in one sealed envelope and Financial Bid separately in other sealed envelope latest by 1300 hrs on 01 Jul 2019 in the tender box kept in Sainik School Rewari. The name of Supplies/Services/AMC for which the tender form is being submitted must be prominently endorsed on top of the sealed covers. In the absence of endorsement on the envelope for which supplies/services/AMC the tender is being applied, the tender envelope will not be opened and it will be treated as cancelled.

4 . All tenders of single bid and only Technical bid of two bid tenders will be opened on 01 Jul 2019 at 1500 hrs in conference hall of this school for checking and verification of documents. The sealed cover containing the Commercial Bid will not be opened on 01 Jul 2019. Commercial Bid will be opened only of those bidders/firms who have qualified in Technical Bid on 03 Jul 2019 at 1500 hrs.

5. The payment of EMD and tender fee should be sent only through bank draft drawn in favour of Principal, Sainik School Rewari (Haryana) payable at PNB Mini Secretariat, Rewari (Code No 4681).

6. Tender Form duly completed with list attached in all respect CAN BE SENT BY REGISTERED POST OR BE DROPPED IN THE TENDER BOX PLACED IN THIS SCHOOL, DULY MARKED “TENDER FOR-………………” ON THE TOP OF THE ENVELOPE. Photocopy of PAN Card of Firm/Proprietor, Registration certificate of Firm/Company, GST No to be attached with tender form except S.No 09 for Cobbler Services. Duly completed tender form sent by Courier would not be accepted.

7. THE SCHOOL WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL DELAY. THE TENDERS RECEIVED AFTER THE GIVEN DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.All Tenderers are allowed to be present, if interested.

8. Earnest money of unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded only after the finalization of tenders. No queries/request/correspondence will be entertained by the school till then.

9. Local/outstation CHEQUE/expired date DD or cash will not be accepted for earnest money (EMD).

10. All disputes are subjects to Rewari  jurisdiction only.

11. THE PRINCIPAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR ACCEPT ANY OR ALL THE TENDERS OR ACCEPT THEM IN PARTS OR FOR TERM LESS THAN ONE YEAR OR REJECT THE LOWEST TENDER WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THE TENDER OF PERSON(S)/FIRM(S), WHO HAVE BEEN BLACKLISTED BY THE GOVERNMENT OR BY THE SCHOOL IN THE PAST OR HAVE/HAD DUBIOUS DEALING WITH THE GOVERNMENT OR THE SCHOOL, SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
